Major reforms of the corporate law and the tax law, including VAT, have been announced.

During our next Real Estate Seminar, you will learn about what expected changes will mean for your business.

The topics of this seminar will be the following:

  • Corporate law reform: introduction of the “flex and capital-free” BV, future of the ordinary partnership and the partnership limited by shares, multiple voting rights, capital protection rules and dividend distribution, liability of director, transitional measures, link with accounting law
  • Corporate tax reform: reduction of tax rate and exit tax rate, modification to the composition of the taxable base, modification to the composition of the equity, holding companies, international tax developments regarding transfer pricing and interest deductibility restriction
  • VAT reform: scope of application of the envisaged VAT option for letting and impact on existing regimes (e.g. airport, logistics, shopping centers)
